At Decoval, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase does not meet expectations, eligible physical wall art items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be accepted, returned items must comply with the following conditions:

All original packaging, accessories, and included hardware must be intact

Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items must not be custom-made or personalized beyond the standard options offered on the product page
Return Authorization Process
Returns must be approved before sending any item back. To begin the process, contact us at contact@decoval.shop.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive:

Instructions for proper packaging

A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly marked on the package
Any return sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly. This includes:

Items damaged during shipping (including frames, prints, or packaging)

Incorrect products, sizes, or designs

Missing components or installation hardware
After review, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:

Final sale or clearance items

Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, you must first complete the return process for the original item. A new order should then be placed separately. Any approved refund or credit can be applied toward the new purchase.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), you will be notified of the outcome.
